A team member will take your payment over the phone and will meet you at the door to give you your order.
All veterinary visits are "curbside" or "drop-off" at this time.
When you make your appointment the client care team will explain in detail the visit process. It's really quite simple:
When you arrive call the office. A technician will take a brief history over the phone and let you know when to bring your pet to the door.
The technician and veterinarian will begin your pet's visit and will call you with questions, the details of the visit and any approvals they may need. You will have ample time to discuss your pet with the doctor.
When the visit is complete, your technician will take payment over the phone and meet you at the front door to be reunited with your pet.
